DISINFECTION AND SANITATION
Disinfection of entire studio space prior to re-opening. A daily cleaning log will be kept up to date to maintain consistency and accuracy of items being disinfected regularly.
CLEANING OF HIGHT-TOUCH AREAS AND SURFACES
Commonly touched areas will be cleaned after each appointment including: light switches, door handles, coat hooks and hangers, sitting areas, storage areas of clients belongings, faucet and sink. Touch screens/mobile devices and laptops will be cleaned immediately prior to and after each session.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENTS, PROPS AND SUPPLIES
Clients and Staff contact items will be cleaned after each appointment.
HYGIENE AND PPE PRACTICES (STAFF)
The staff will be utilizing proper hand hygiene when entering and exiting the studio, after each appointment and class, after contacting certain surfaces and before and after interaction with clients. Staff will also be using face shield and mask.
HYGIENE AND PPE PRACTICES (CLIENTS)
When entering the studio you are required to wear a surgical or cloth mask which must be worn throughout the entire session. If you did not bring a mask, the studio will provide one for a nominal fee ($1).
All clients will be asked to sanitize their hands prior to entering the studio as well as following the session. Hand sanitizer will be readily available outside as well as around the studio.
APPROPRIATE PHYSICAL DISTANCING MEASURES SHALL BE FOLLOWED IN THE STUDIO.
PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please note that we are implementing a COVID-19 service fee to cover the cost of specialized disinfectants and sanitizers approved by the government, as well as touchless dispensers, paper towels - for cleaning instead of reusable clothes we use to have for the equipments & props, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are scheduling 30 minutes for cleaning between appointments which limits the number of clients we can see each day.

Even with these policies and procedures in place there is still risk of possible transmission of COVID-19. These risks van be present on your way to and from your session and within the studio and session itself. Please become familiar with the risks of COVID-19 and hope to protect yourself in this LINK.
If you are not at risk, proceed to booking your appointment.
Once the appointment is booked, you will receive a COVID-19 screening questionnaire with your reminder email 24 hours before your appointment or class that must be completed prior to arriving at the studio.
THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please be advised that at this time the staff is unable to allow studio access to individuals exhibiting symptoms or have any other cause for concern regarding Covid-19.
Please bring your own water bottle as we are not going to have the water filtration system available for you.
Arrive very close to your scheduled appointment or class and wait outside the studio. There's plenty of space to sit around the fountain. The staff will open the door when your are able to enter.
Please sanitize your hands prior to entering the studio. Hand sanitizer and hand rubbing instructions will be readily available.
Please wear a surgical or clean cloth mask that properly covers your nose and mouth. One will be provided for $1 if you do not bring one.
Your temperature will be taken with a contactless infrared thermometer.
The staff will ask if you reviewed our policies and will ask the screening questions again.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Our Staff will wear face shield & mask, and client must wear a mask throughout the session.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Please sanitize your hands.
